Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Overwise service. By using Overwise you agree to comply with this policy. Overwise may update this AUP from time to time; material changes will be communicated via the dashboard.

You may use Overwise to send outbound sales and marketing communications to business contacts where you have a lawful basis to do so under applicable law, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and equivalent national regulations.

You must not use Overwise to:

• Send unsolicited messages to individuals without a lawful basis
• Send messages to contacts who have previously unsubscribed or opted out
• Harvest, scrape, or purchase contact lists from prohibited sources
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent Overwise's suppression or compliance controls

Overwise reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any account that violates this AUP. We will notify you of a violation where reasonably practicable before taking action, except where immediate action is required to protect the security or integrity of the service or third parties.
